Job summary

You will operate automated welding and plasma equipment, perform rewelds as needed, and ensure all outputs meet quality standards while maintaining a clean work area.

The role requires reading work orders and basic fabrication drawings, strong measurement skills, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience welding in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production setting.
• Ability to read work orders and basic fabrication drawings.
• Strong math skills for measurement precision.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated welding and plasma equipment to weld outlets onto pipe.
• Perform manual rewelds using hand-held welding tools as required.
• Load, position, and unload pipe from welding equipment using proper handling.
• Inspect welded assemblies for quality and compliance with standards.
• Read work orders and fabrication drawings to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow SOPs and safety rules.
