Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a skilled MIG/TIG welder for a 2nd shift at Plant 4 in Holland, MI. You will repair parts and maintain welding equipment, following safety procedures and using Plexus ERP to track parts and outputs.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years experience, MIG/TIG certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This role offers an ESOP-driven environment and strong teamwork within a quality-focused facility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in relevant work experience.
• Certified in mig and/or tig welding.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures while servicing or maintaining equipment.
• Repair parts/components using MIG/TIG welding.
• Tag parts and move them to correct locations in the plant.
• Maintain welding equipment and participate in preventative actions.
• Utilize Plexus ERP system and maintain housekeeping in the work area.
