Aerotek is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Worker in De Pere, WI to support fast-paced order fulfillment. The role involves picking and verifying orders, building pallets, and safely operating forklifts and RF scanners to move goods efficiently.
You will contribute to accurate inventory records and collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets while complying with safety policies. This is a fully onsite, permanent position with multiple shifts available.
The warehouse worker plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you pick and verify orders, build pallets, and use various types of material handling equipment to prepare shipments with precision and care. You help maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning equipment while consistently following safety policies and supporting a collaborative team culture.

The role is based in a busy warehouse that is not temperature controlled, so it can be warm during the summer and chilly in the winter. Large fans help with air circulation, and the atmosphere is team-oriented with a laid-back crew that works together to meet daily goals. Material handling equipment such as forklifts and stand-up forklifts, along with RF scanners, are used regularly to manage inventory and fulfill orders. Hiring is open for all three shifts, including 1st shift (Monday–Friday 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Tuesday–Saturday 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.), 2nd shift (Monday–Friday 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), and 3rd shift (9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.).
This is a Permanent position based out of De Pere, WI.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
