Aerotek in Lebanon, IN is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate for a contract role. You will replenish stock, assist with picking and packing, and support a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 6+ months of equipment operating experience (reach or turret trucks preferred), and proficiency with RF scanners. Pay is $25.00/hr with weekly pay and benefits; eligibility applies.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description

Join our team as a 2nd shift temporary Warehouse Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in replenishing stock within a large warehousing facility. You'll handle various tasks, from managing inventory to assisting with the picking and packing of products.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to reach heights of 15-20 feet for pallet retrieval.
• Transport pallets to the ground floor and unbox items.
• Assist 1st shift associates by organizing unboxed items on the ground floor.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.

Work Environment

The position operates on the 2nd Shift from 10am to 7:30pm. During the peak season from October to January, associates will work every other Saturday and must be available for Black Friday and the weekend following, with double-time pay offered. Our team consists of 25-30 members, fostering a collaborative environment across departments. The dress code is practical, requiring work pants, shorts, shirts without holes, and closed-toe shoes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
