Job summary

Qualifications

• MHE certification including stock picker, stand-up counterbalance lift, and tugs.
• Able to work 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) at Southaven, MS.
• Must be able to lift 40lbs with or without accommodation.
• SAP usage for at least 2 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• 3-4 years working in a distribution environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a training needs assessment schedule, collaborating with trainers, managers, and leadership.
• Design, create, and maintain training materials, including course curricula, lesson plans, exams, and reference resources.
• Conduct employee training and onboarding, covering topics such as EHS, SAP, Safety, MHE Certification, and HR-related subjects.
• Track and evaluate employee performance, identifying skill gaps and providing feedback for improvement.
• Lead small class sessions (10-12 students), using theory, demonstrations, and hands‑on exercises.
• Maintain accurate training records, including course evaluations, instructor feedback, and documentation.
