Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for the 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm) at our Memphis Distribution Center in Southaven, MS. The role supports planning, scheduling, and tracking material movement through the production cycle.

You will manage data entry, packing lists, shipping docs, audit inventory, and act as main contact for Customer Service. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a large distribution facility, and SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1–2 years in a large distribution facility preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and order management systems.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and perform in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to floor personnel on RF and replenishment issues.
• Serve as main point of contact with Customer Service (phones, emails).
• Manage workflow and assist cycle counters, replenishment, or other teams as needed.
• Manage customer service communications tools (SieSales, Philos).
• Prepare shipping documents and filing for BOL/shipping docs.
• Execute desktop adjustments to support inventory accuracy.
• Oversee daily check-in/out processes for equipment.
