Job summary

Siemens Southaven, MS is seeking a 2nd Shift Trainer to develop and deliver training for the distribution center. The role covers EHS, SAP, Safety, MHE Certification, and HR topics, with hands-on sessions and record-keeping. Lead classes and collaborate with managers to close skill gaps.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years SAP experience, 3–4 years in distribution, and strong communication skills. This is a 3:00pm–11:30pm shift in a non-climate warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• MHE certification including stock picker, stand-up counterbalance lift, and tugs.
• Willing to work 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm).
• Must lift 40 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Must work in a non-climatized warehouse environment.
• At least 2 years of SAP usage and knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; able to develop presentations.
• Good command of the English language.
• 3–4 years working in a distribution environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a training needs assessment schedule with stakeholders.
• Design, create, and maintain training materials and curricula.
• Conduct employee training and onboarding on EHS, SAP, Safety, MHE Certification, and HR topics.
• Track and evaluate employee performance and identify skill gaps.
• Lead small class sessions (10–12 students) with demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
• Maintain training records and feedback documentation.
