Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Pennsylvania is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload, pick, pack, and ship paint and related products. You will move materials within the facility using forklifts or hand trucks and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

This 2nd shift role offers a $1.00 per hour shift differential and may include performance-based bonus. Prior warehousing experience and equipment operation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
