Job summary

Scholastic is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the Brooklyn Park, MN area on a full-time schedule 3PM–11:30PM. The role offers medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and a 50% merchandise discount.

You will lead a small team, train associates, and coordinate daily branch activities while ensuring safety and accuracy in operations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to read English safety documents; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic product scanner proficiency with low error rate.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to read English safety and instruction documents.
• Forklift experience is a plus if certified (18+).

Responsibilities

• Assist with new-hire orientation and train associates on functions.
• Direct a small team in functional areas of the facility.
• Assist supervisor to train, coach, and motivate the team.
• Serve as branch trainer for new processes and procedures.
• Help plan daily branch start-up meetings and communications.
