Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Lead Warehouse Material Handler in Brooklyn Park, MN. The role supports the Warehouse Manager by directing work in an assigned area and ensuring efficient material handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts, receive and store materials via the WMS, and handle packing, shipping, and cycle counts while upholding safety standards. This on-site position emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 4+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) required.
• Able to lift/move varying loads and climb ladders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work in an assigned area under the Warehouse Manager.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material using the WMS process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments, conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean warehouse and follow safety inspections.
