Job summary

St. Paul Beverage Solutions in White Bear Township, MN, is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 2nd shift to supervise the warehouse/cooler team and ensure accurate and efficient movement of product.

You will communicate daily schedules, monitor KPI performance, coordinate with QA and supervision, and train staff on equipment and procedures while maintaining a safe, organized facility. Must have high school diploma and 4 years of related experience with leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of warehouse/distribution/production experience with leadership attributes.
• Certification and/or license may include forklift or related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift planning and communicate workload requirements.
• Ensure accurate and efficient movement of product and inventory.
• Verify incoming/outgoing orders against invoices and bills of lading.
• Train and mentor warehouse/cooler staff on safety and equipment use.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse/cooler environments.
