You will lead operations handling engine and HVAC parts with RF scanners and WMS tools. The position requires 1+ year of forklift and warehouse experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with RF scanning and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Valid forklift operator's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
• Perform warehouse duties including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for the shift team.
• Inspire team members to meet KPI targets using appropriate leadership methods.
• Provide orientation and tools to team members to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Manage day-to-day paperwork and daily reports to improve operations.
