Job summary

Fred Beans Automotive Group is seeking motivated Warehouse Supervisors to lead our Parts Distribution operations on our 2nd shift in Doylestown, PA. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily warehouse operations, supports team performance, and ensures safety, accuracy, and efficiency across the floor.

Hours: Monday through Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We offer paid training, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.
• Experience with inventory processes and warehouse workflows.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse associates on your assigned shift.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of automotive parts.
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
• Work closely with management to meet operational goals.
