Fred Beans Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor for our 2nd shift to lead daily parts distribution operations. This hands-on leadership role oversees receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety on the floor.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience is required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Experience with inventory processes and warehouse workflows.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and warehouse technology.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.

Brief Description

Fred Beans Automotive Group is seeking motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisors to lead our Parts Distribution operations on our 2nd shift. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety across the floor.

Hours: Monday through Friday 2:00PM to 10:00PM
