Staffing Alternatives is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping/receiving and ensure accurate input of TMS/WMS transactions. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, safety, and coordinating with the planning team across off-site storage locations.

The candidate will manage dock scheduling, FEFO outbound picking, and forklift safety, while maintaining inventory levels and compliance with OSHA and related certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse supervision experience.
• Experience with TMS/WMS systems.
• Ability to manage shift schedules and staffing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage dock appointments and scheduling of Customer appointments through TMS truck scheduling portal, escalating no-shows or delays.
• Collaborate with Inventory Managers to drive FEFO outbound picking and rotate WIP stock to consume oldest components first.
• Communicate daily goals, deadlines and next day’s plan to warehouse staff.
• Process inbound and outbound WMS transactions as needed and support nearby facilities when required.
• Ensure forklift drivers follow safety policies and perform pre/post-shift maintenance checks.

We currently are seeking an Warehouse Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Supervisor is to oversee the execution of shipping/receiving to support our Customers’ shipments; accurate and timely input of TMS and WMS transactions, inventory accuracy and control; and support facilities management and warehouse asset maintenance.

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee off-site storage locations connected to hubs, and work primarily out of those locations.

Location: Langhorne, PA

Hours: 2nd Shift

Salary: Hourly $30

Warehouse Supervisor Job Functions

• Manage dock appointments and maintain scheduling of Customer appointments through TMS truck scheduling portal; including coordinating dock appointment priorities to the Planning Team and escalating any no show or late appointments to same
• Collaborate with Inventory Managers to develop and drive best practices within the warehouse including FEFO (First Expired First Out) outbound picking, rotating WIP (WorkInProgress) stock to allow production to consume oldest components first and escalating any discrepancies
• Communicate to warehouse staffregardingdaily goals,deadlinesand next day’s plan
• Processing inbound and outbound WMS transactions as needed based on facility staffing coverage; supporting other local Sojo facilities for any WMS coverage as needed
• Responsibleto ensureforklift drivers are obeying company safety policies andoperatingin a safe manner; performing their pre-shift and post-shift fork maintenance checks; and reporting any fork malfunctions to the Warehouse Manager
• Ensure all shipping clerks and supervisors are auditing forklift operators' accuracy on inbound and outbound loads, following loading SOPs and adhering to all Safety procedures (chocking trailer wheels, locking airlines, etc.)
• Assistandmaintainappropriate inventorylevels of warehouse consumable items
• Maintain accuracy on all inbound product receipts and ensure all expiration dates are correct to all Customer SOP expectations
• Ensure warehouse facilitycomplies withall OSHA and food-and-beverage certifications; supervisefacilitiesmaintenance andrepairas necessary.
