Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4-year degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role preferred.
• Experience with DC/MFG operations and WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize shift workflow to meet SLAs with safety and productivity.
• Lead and develop shift team, including interviews and training.
• Drive Lean improvements and ensure cross-training.
• Provide leadership to maximize productivity and coordinate with other departments.
• Review timesheets and schedule staffing; monitor attendance.
• Produce shift reports and manage workload to control costs.
• Communicate status to facility management and address issues promptly.
