Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts and EPJ in a fast-paced warehouse. The role supports order fulfillment and inventory management, maintaining safety and quality standards across daily operations.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and cycle counts, with emphasis on accurate product placement and shipping preparation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least six months warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and EPJ safely.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
• Coordinate with team to meet daily productivity targets.
• Communicate defects or issues to management.
