Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years in the field preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating warehouse activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with WMS and warehouse operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes warehouse objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising contributions; adhering to policies and procedures.
• Meets warehouse standards by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
• Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating transfers with related departments.
• Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
• Maintains storage area and inventory accuracy; conducts monthly physical counts; reconciles variances.
