Job summary

BOX Partners is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager to lead a high-volume operation in Elgin, IL. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely delivery while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

The position runs 2:30pm–11:00pm, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; requires seven years in warehouse management and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a salary between $80,000 and $120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least seven years in warehouse management or similar operations.
• Experience in safety- and quality-focused, high-volume warehouse environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Proficient with data analysis and operational planning.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver an operational budget of $10 million+ with guidance from the Director of Warehouse Operations.
• Set clear goals for safety, customer experience, and productivity, and deliver on them.
• Build the culture of the warehouse through associate engagement and leader development.
• Engage all levels of the organization to remove waste from operations using Lean, Kaizen, and related methods.
• Uphold BOX Partners' mission, vision, and values in the building and community.
• Work flexible hours as the business demands, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
