Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM) to oversee warehouse activities, ensure shipments meet customer quality and timeliness goals, and act as a bridge between Warehouse Associates and the Warehouse Manager.

You will plan labor to meet daily schedules, supervise safety, RF use, and inventory control, coordinate with Quality for corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with GMP standards and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a comparable warehouse associate position.
• Minimum 6 months experience with GMP warehousing and distribution.
• Ability to train on and pass knowledge tests on 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211 related requirements for GMP operations.
• Forklift certification training is required for drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse activities to meet daily and weekly schedules.
• Plan labor needs and assign overtime to cover demand.
• Distribute pick tickets and communicate written and oral instructions.
• Cross-train staff to ensure business continuity.
• Maximize efficiency using RF guns and proper equipment.
• Ensure correct shipment of international and hazardous material orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper storage locations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve shipment discrepancies.
