Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities in the Manassas, VA area. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, coaching staff, and upholding quality standards to ensure stellar customer service across shifts.

The position requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, MS Office and scanner familiarity, and flexibility for overtime. Preference for candidates with logistics degree, bilingual skills, and 3PL exposure.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (nice to have).
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments and in Warehousing or 3PL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program and quality policy.
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean environment.
