Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead daily warehouse activities and coach a diverse team toward higher performance.

You’ll drive efficient operations, monitor quality, and uphold GXO's service standards while coordinating with cross-functional partners to meet deadlines and improve throughput.

This role requires 2 years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment; 3PL experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
