Job summary

Performance Food Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, order pulling, loading, and paperwork for next-day deliveries. You will work as part of a team, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely execution of daily tasks.

The role requires 2–4 years in warehousing with supervisory experience; a high school diploma or GED is required, with an associates degree and forklift certification preferred. Evening shift coverage and strong leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Associates/2-year degree in business management, logistics or related area.
• 4-6 years of warehouse experience within foodservice industry.
• Supervisory experience.
• OSHA Forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, providing training and guidance, establishing job standards and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift and that all are loaded in proper stop sequence.
• Ensures all product received during the shift is stocked properly with FIFO procedures.
• Demonstrates a strong service quality ethic and ensures staff understand their roles in satisfying customers.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Uses warehouse management system to maximize productivity and analyzes warehouse performance.
• Oversees building security and safe operation of material handling; follows health and safety programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
