Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan, review and ensure processes meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Establish schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift logistics.
• Monitor KPI and provide coaching, performance evaluations and recognition.
