The position includes a second shift (Sunday-Thursday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm) with additional pay for the second shift and company-wide safety-focused operations. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• One year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates customer service skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities with clerks from other floor areas, the customer and/or other suppliers as needed.
• Using the location's WMS system updates area or shift metrics as needed.
• Generates daily, weekly or monthly reports, memos, and summaries often of a technical and/or confidential nature.
• Floor work and additional duties as assigned.
• Performs basic administrative tasks for area or shift. Maintains filing systems and documents.
• Gathers information from floor employees in his/her area of support.
• Coordinates meetings/communication for the specific area or shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned depending on area supported or location.
