Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
• 0 to 1 year in direct supervisory/leadership experience, Required
• 1 year or more in experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment., Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and performance metrics.
• Work with customers on all aspects of operations and meet progress objectives with the team.
