Job summary

Saputo, Inc. in Franklin, Wisconsin, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on the 2nd shift to lead maintenance staff and support a 24/7 dairy processing operation.

You will plan, assign, and direct maintenance work, manage safety and quality compliance, and collaborate with plant engineers to optimize equipment reliability. The role requires at least five years of industrial maintenance and supervisory experience in dairy or food production, with PLCs and electrical systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Five+ years industrial maintenance experience in dairy/food/beverage industry or equivalent.
• Supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance staff on assigned shifts to ensure reliable production.
• Plans, assigns, and directs maintenance work and PM activities.
• Maintains documentation, reports, and records per policy.
• Collaborates with Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to optimize equipment and safety.
• Keeps up-to-date with industry regulations and codes.
