Job summary

Bunzl Reno is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and lead a diverse team on multiple functions. The role requires supervising staff, enforcing policy, and ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity.

The team communicates with the corporate office and customers to maintain high service levels. Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience, strong Excel skills, and bilingual English/Spanish are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach and assign workload to warehouse associates.
• Lead inventory control, receiving, shipping and order processing.
• Communicate with corporate office and customers via email/phone.
• Issue performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Generate and analyze reports to promote inventory integrity.
• Coordinate and oversee physical inventory annually.
• Maintain attendance records and a productive work environment.
• Help lead a warehouse culture built on Safety, Accuracy and Productivity.
