Job summary

Bunzl North America in Groveport, OH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM). You will oversee daily warehouse activities and supervise a crew across multiple functions, enforcing policy and maintaining professional conduct.

Key duties include coaching staff, inventory control, coordinating with the corporate office and customers, conducting performance reviews, cycle counts, and generating reports to protect inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Good judgment and quick reaction in emergencies.
• Ability to operate a forklift when needed.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks.
• Good reading and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and assign workload to warehouse associates.
• Lead inventory control, receiving, shipping and order processing.
• Communicate with corporate office and customers via email or phone.
• Issue performance appraisals and disciplinary write-ups.
• Oversee cycle counting and inventory adjustments.
• Generate and analyze reports to improve inventory integrity.
• Coordinate and oversee annual physical inventory.
• Maintain attendance records and a productive work environment.
• Foster a safety, accuracy, and productivity focused warehouse culture.
