Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a dedicated team and ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity targets are met across the facility. You will supervise, train, and assess staff, coordinate shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and support leadership in process improvements.

The role requires experience with WMS, strong conflict management, and the ability to work in varied temperatures.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F/-25°C to 100°F/37°C with PPE.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs or more.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and assign duties to warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety.
• Oversee incoming/outgoing shipments and organize merchandise.
• Plan production schedules and track time and production records.
• Monitor warehouse activities and generate reports for management.
