Job summary

iJility is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Operations Supervisor specializing in cold storage to lead our warehouse team. You will oversee daily activities, ensure efficient distribution, and uphold safety and inventory accuracy.

This role focuses on process improvements, lean initiatives, and safe operation of forklifts and RF scanners. Shift: Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm; a fast-paced, hands-on environment in a critical segment of supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision within cold storage or distribution center environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution, logistics, inventory management systems (such as WMS), and materials handling equipment operation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in fast-paced settings; excellent managerial communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, planning, and communication purposes.
• Valid forklift certification; experience operating heavy lifting equipment is required.
• Familiarity with lean management techniques and process improvement methodologies to optimize warehouse operations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking; commitment to safety standards is critical.
