Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military leadership as alternatives.
• Experience leading teams in warehouse/supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two full-time direct reports with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse production activities.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to support day-to-day activities.
• Ensure schedules are implemented and jobs assigned/completed effectively.
• Promote safety through meetings, training, and 5S practices.
• Lead daily startup meetings and communicate workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage change.
• Maintain inventory integrity and support counts as needed.
