Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations or Supply Chain, or related field.
• Six Sigma/Lean certification desirable.
• Experience in plant supervisory role in manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with private fleet management/transportation is helpful.
• Strong customer focus and people management.
• Ability to work cross-functional and improve safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production staff, manage relations and attendance.
• Oversee safety, training, and compliance with standards.
• Manage plant costs, yield, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and Lean opportunities pursued.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager on performance and operations.
