Job summary

• Assist the DC Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
• Schedule and oversee shipping, inventory, auditors, and maintenance staff.
• Conduct and provide timely performance evaluations.
• Schedule, manage, and invoice maintenance repairs in the building.
• Complete specified reports at the assigned frequency.
• Manage physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies with computerized records.
• Collaborate with departments to improve warehouse efficiency and procedures.
• Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
• Purchase supplies for the site when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary Range: 70-80k

The Carlstar Division of Titan International is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor I for their McDonough, GA facility. This position oversees the inventory and staff within the warehouse. This role involves coordinating a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials, equipment, and supplies. It requires a thorough understanding of the relevant policies, procedures, and practices, as well as leading and directing the work of other employees.

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Exceptional leadership skills, verbal and written communication skills, and standard math skills required.
• Ability to regularly lift 20+ pounds required.
