Job summary

Titan Specialty in McDonough, GA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support the DC Manager, overseeing hiring/training, shipping, inventory, auditors, and maintenance staff on a 2nd shift (4pm–12:30am).

You will monitor inventory, run reports, manage expenditures, enforce safety policies, and collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse efficiency; the role requires leadership, strong communication, and reliable problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years warehousing, distribution, or logistics experience; 1+ year leadership preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; mid-level project management.
• Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication, and basic math.
• Ability to regularly lift 20+ pounds.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Assists the DC Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
• Schedules and oversees shipping, inventory, auditors, and maintenance staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Schedules, manages, and invoices maintenance repairs in the building.
• Completes specified reports at the assigned frequency.
• Manages physical inventory, compares to computerized inventory, reconciles differences.
• Collaborates with other departments to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions as needed.
• Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
• Purchases supplies for the site as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
