Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years in warehousing, distribution, or logistics; 1+ year in leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills; mid-level project management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills; standard math skills.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds; sit/stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DC Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
• Schedule and oversee shipping, inventory, auditors, and maintenance staff.
• Conduct and provide timely performance evaluations.
• Schedule, manage, and invoice maintenance repairs in the building.
• Complete specified reports at the assigned frequency.
• Manage physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies with computerized records.
• Collaborate with departments to improve warehouse efficiency and procedures.
• Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce operating instructions and safety policies.
• Purchase supplies for the site when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
