Job summary

Caviness Beef Packers is seeking workers for a 2nd shift at the Amarillo Ground Beef Location. The role involves standing on concrete in cold conditions, stacking and scanning products, and ensuring order accuracy.

Responsibilities include handling paperwork, following safety protocols, and lifting 70+ lbs. Prior shipping exposure and forklift/pallet jack experience are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Must wear PPE.
• Prior shipping experience a plus.
• Forklift/pallet jack experience required.
• Good work history.
• Must be available to work 2nd shift hours, Monday through Friday beginning at 3:30pm to 12:00am and occasional Saturdays.

• Palletizing boxed and scan product to complete customer orders.

• Follow all food and safety protocols.
• Must be able to lift 70+ lbs.

This is a 2nd shift position for the Amarillo Ground Beef Location

Overview

This position will require employee to perform duties in a cold/damp environment with temperatures of 45 degrees or less.

The department has various job duties ranging from paperwork, wrapping, and loading

Some duties may also require the use of a computer/scanner and the ability to prioritize work for efficiency.
