Axcelis Technologies, Inc. in Beverly, MA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee automated warehouse operations, drive safety, and lead continuous improvement on a technology-enabled floor.

You will manage a team of warehouse associates, coordinate receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and shipping while partnering with Planning, Procurement, Quality and Logistics to optimize material flow.

Qualifications

2-5 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in leadership or supervision in warehouse operations.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate second-shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and shipping.
Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates supporting manufacturing operations and customer shipments.
Ensure incoming materials are received, inspected, and transacted into inventory with accuracy and compliance.
Lead timely picking and delivery of materials to production and other areas to meet schedules.
Promote safety, continuous improvement, and adoption of warehouse automation technologies.
