Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years in warehouse ops with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Mgmt, Business Admin, Ops Mgmt, Logistics or related field
• Experience with ERP/WMS or inventory management systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across shifts and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Experience with automation, robotics, lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate second-shift warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory, movement, shipping).
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates, maintaining safety and productivity.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, and inventory transactions.
• Oversee picking and delivery to production and other areas to meet schedules.
• Ensure finished goods are packed and shipped on time to meet customer commitments.
• Promote safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
