Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator to fill an immediate need. The role requires familiarity and experience in multiple core warehouse functions and a commitment to phenomenal customer service.

Schedule and Compensation

• 2nd Shift (3 p.m.–11:30 p.m.) $20.50/hr
• 3rd Shift (9 p.m.–5:30 a.m.) $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the day‑to‑day workflow of the department.
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals.
• Assist in resolving day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Assist in training and motivating subordinates to improve current performance.
• Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement by finding opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, quality, and/or reduce costs while championing related initiatives.
• Work with the team to ensure the department is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range
