Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises is hiring Distribution Center Warehouse Associates for the 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, M-F). Starting pay is $23.50/hr with potential monthly incentives up to $5.50 per direct hour for high performers. Requires a high school diploma/GED and 1-3 years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities include operating PIT equipment, inventory control, and safe, efficient task execution. Work involves standing up to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and complying with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• 1-3 years’ warehouse and equipment operations experience.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours beyond regular shift hours.
• Able to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate PIT equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort, label, and store product quantities accurately.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and maintain teamwork.
• Maintain inventory integrity and follow SOPs and OSHA standards.
