Ferguson Enterprises in Waterloo, IA, is seeking a 2nd Shift DC General Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator. You will ensure inbound shipments are logged, and you will pick and pack goods for dispatch while supporting health, safety, and environmental compliance.

A strong team player with attention to detail will thrive in this role. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $29.00 per hour based on performance; overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register inbound shipments accurately.
• Picks and packs goods for dispatch.
• Assist site management with Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and documentation.
• Resolve orders on hold by liaising with other departments.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Adhere to HSE policies and procedures.
