Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a SC2 warehouse associate to support multiple warehouse functions in a fast-paced environment.

You may rotate through Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator, Warehouse Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping roles as needed to meet daily demands. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other equipment to move and stage products up to 100 lbs, while following safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime may be required beyond scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks.
• Move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.
• Perform receiving/putaway/returns activities and ensure accuracy of product and paperwork.
• Assist in shipping, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders.
