Job summary

Staples is hiring for a flexible SC2 associate to staff multiple warehouse roles including bulk/material handling, porter, replenishment, receiving/putaway/returns, and shipping. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to handle up to 100 lb items with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Shifts run 10:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with potential movement to SC1 roles as needed. Staples offers a competitive pay rate and opportunities within a strong supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime hours will be required based on business need.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• An ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move product up to 100 lbs within the warehouse according to safety procedures.
• Conduct general cleaning and basic maintenance tasks inside and outside the facility.
• Unload trucks, palletize products, and stage items for receiving/putaway/returns.
• Assist with shipping, organizing and shrink-wrapping customer orders for trucks.
