Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Associates for our Fort Payne, AL distribution center. This role targets individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who value safe, accurate, and dependable work.

The schedule is Monday–Friday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, with starting pay of $21.00 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with FSA/HSA, Disability and Life insurance after 30 days, 401(k) with company match, Paid Time Off, Product

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching).
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners.
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE when required.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
