Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring for a 3rd shift inbound warehouse associate in Fort Payne, AL. The role involves safely operating powered industrial equipment, picking and staging products, and using RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking long periods, and working at heights up to 30 ft.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or voice systems is a plus.
• Regular and reliable attendance and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to locations.
• Use RF scanners and voice systems or labor management systems for tasks.
• Build and organize pallets, maintaining inventory integrity.
• Maintain product quality and safety following SOPs.
• Communicate with team and participate in safety and housekeeping efforts.
