Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume shipping or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• RF scanner experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Operate stand-up forklifts, electric pallet jacks, & reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret pick tickets, RF scanners, or digital order systems.
• Ensure accuracy in product selection and order quantities.
• Meet daily production, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
