Cardinal Health, Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound and outbound activities. The role focuses on accurate receiving, packing and shipping, utilizing RF scanning and various heavy equipment to move goods efficiently.

You will work in a fast-paced distribution environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and may rotate through areas while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role offers a stable shift and benefits alignment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment experience preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Overtime availability with little to no advance notice.
• Willingness to learn to operate MHE and rotate areas.
• Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Adherence to site safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Aptitude for fast-paced distribution environments and meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

• Cross-training in Inbound, ValueLink and Outbound operations.
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan product with RF scanner, input data into computers.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse.
• Palletize large items for shipment and wrap for transport.
• Pack small items in boxes for dispatch.
• Operate order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack and related equipment as needed.
