Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops role in our Kentucky facility. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack and ship orders, using RF scanning and WMS tools to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

The position offers competitive hourly wages, overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, PTO, HSA, a 401k and more. Training is provided on day one. Shift details typically Monday–Friday with start times adjusted mid-September.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Overtime availability with little to no notice.
• Familiar with warehouse safety rules and PPE.
• RF scanner/voice picking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing and loading.
• Operate material handling equipment and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist with projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and report issues.
• Comply with OSHA standards and site policies.
