Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound and outbound processes in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will receive, store, and ship products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role involves operating material handling equipment, conducting quality checks, and ensuring accurate palletizing and packing. The position requires 1-2 years of experience (preferred) and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting hourly standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, palletizing, packing and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack).
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate concerns to management and participate in associate meetings.
